Another out-of-the way spot nearby is the tiny beach of Ao Sane, a great spot for snorkeling, reached by taking the road that starts at The Royal Phuket Yacht Club car park. The Excellent swimming beach of Nai Harn is just two minutes away, and so are many restaurants, activities and attractions. A drive of less than 10 minutes takes you to Chalong Bay and Kata beach. It’s about 30-45 minutes to Phuket’s international airport and 20 minutes to Patong Beach with its great variety of shops, restaurants, and night life.
