Situated between Kata Noi and Kata beach, this penthouse is looking over the sea, and is only 3 minutes walk to the most beautiful and relaxing beaches in Phuket ( Kata and Kata Noi )

Both beaches offer great scenery and a relaxed atmosphere. There are plenty of water sports to amuse yourself and the bay is excellent for sailing. It hosts the annual King’s Cup Regatta every December.  Kata Noi Beach, only 3 minutes walk, is the perfect place to go for a swim in the early morning . You can also do snorkelling or watch the sunset at night. Kata Yai is the larger of the two beaches. The bay is very picturesque with Koh Pu (PU Island) at the northern end and is very inviting for a relaxing sunset-stroll.

The apartment consists from the master bedroom , which has a king size bed with private bathtub and stone shower cabin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and bathroom with stone shower cabin. Living room area has a big couch, TV, DVD with some nice movies and looks up to the balcony . Dining room with wooden table and chairs.

Open Kitchen with fridge, cutlery, and all the equipments you would need for your stay. There is also a private pool overlooking at the beach with sunbeds. A dining place to enjoy a glass of champagne or even to enjoy your dinner on your private rooftop .1 minute distance there is the best restaurant in Phuket, Mom Tri´s kitchen. You can go there also for an open buffet breakfast (super delicious!) for a very cheap cost. They also have a steakhouse near Kata beach, only 8 minutes walk.

The penthouse is located in a residence estate with reception , which has also a common big pool and a small shop.
