Situated in the northwestern hills of Phuket, overlooking the glorious sands of Bangtao and Surin Beaches, this villa offers what may just be the best view on the island; gaze northwest all the way to Phang Nga, look to the southwest over the Amanpuri resort, or relax over a glass of wine while savoring the phenomenal sunsets.

But it is not just what’s outside that is worth looking at: the 1800 sqm split-level property is home to 8+2 beautiful bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 16 adults plus 6 children or teenagers, 11 bathrooms, a restaurant-style kitchen (with pizza oven to boot!) and stylish living areas decorated with contemporary art. And once you’re done admiring, a luxurious 20m infinity pool with jacuzzi and waterfall shower is waiting for you to call it yours. The villa features a professionally equipped restaurant-sized kitchen, an infinity pool and a rooftop plunge pool (each with an outdoor jacuzzi), a fully-equipped gym on-site and a private cinema.
There is 7 full-time staff consisting of a butler and a villa manager, professional chef, waitress, 2 maids and a chauffeur to serve you (at least one staff until 10 pm). Each of the villa’s 4 floors is serviced by a fully-functioning elevator. The villa has 4 indoor and 4 outdoor car park spaces. There is a 20-meter infinity pool with Jacuzzi, home theatre with projector, Bluray & Playstation 4 games console, wine cellar, cigar collection, billiards room, roof terraces with three Salas, roof splash pool/Jacuzzi and outdoor bar area with integrated Sonos sound systems at upper and lower lounge areas, pool and in Salas.

The villa has a separate spa with traditional Thai massage beds and foot massage and a professionally equipped gym providing 11 brand new, gym machines as well as free weights. There is a restaurant-sized kitchen, with a wood-fire pizza oven and dedicated pizza chef, that can cater for weddings or private functions of up to 50+ guests. There is also a six-burner outdoor barbeque grill and Faema E61 espresso machine with their own blend of fresh espresso beans. The lounge room has a dining table for 16 people and the bar takes another 8 people. Outdoor on the same level as the lounge room there is a dining table for 6-8 people. On the next level (level 5, the roof) offers open-air dining and can accommodate up to 16 people at the dining table (not including the seats in the three Salas).

• Maximum occupancy of 16 adults and 6 children or teenagers, inclusive of daily American breakfast (served from 8-10am), complimentary WiFi and return airport transfers.
• Daily maid cleaning service. Towels will be replaced daily and bed linen every three (3) days or as deemed necessary.
• Driver and a Toyota 7-seater minivan from 10 am to 6 pm. Guests will only be charged for the fuel costs. Any transportation required outside of these hours are charged at THB 500 per hour plus fuel cost.
• Spa treatments are available on request at an additional charge.
• In-house laundry service is available at an additional charge.
• Private chef service is available where guests may order from the set menu. The chef may also prepare meals based on special requests, for which guests will be charged for the cost of groceries plus 20% service charge. Guests are kindly requested to order no more than 6 different dishes during any one lunch or dinner.
• Grocery shopping service is available subject to one (1) week notice prior to arrival and service charge.
• No shoes may be worn whilst in the villa. Slippers will be provided for indoor use upon request.
