This beautiful newly built house is nestled in a quiet residential area of Rawai/Chalong, it is an ideal spot from which to discover Phuket. From here, guests can enjoy easy access to all that the lively Rawai village has to offer.

This 2 bedroom house is only 1-2 minutes drive from Chalong Circle and another 10-15 minutes from famous Nai harn and Kata beaches . The house is also near many shops , mini markets and restaurants. The house comes furnished and fully air conditioned. It has also garden and parking area. The living room is spacious and there is a equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. There is also a balcony where you can chill out as well. Free Internet wifi , Cable TV and Washing machine (for long term guests) .Electricity is charged 6 Baht/unit .The neighbor’s complex has a swimming pool which will be possible to use for additional fee. Also it’s just a few minutes walking from the sea .
