2 bedroom newly build villa in Rawai

These villas are located in a new complex in Rawai  ,inside a quiet protected area ,within five hundred meters from the coast .There is coffee shop inside the complex  , which serves breakfast, drinks and snacks . It is In walking distance to restaurants on the waterfront , massage parlors , Rawai pier and seafood market .

The beaches of Nai Harn and Yanui are 5 minutes away , the same time that you need in order to reach the most famous lookout in Phuket –  Promptep Cape with lots of souvenir shops, cafes, restaurants and the most beautiful sunsets on the island .

The villa have two bedrooms , each bedroom has a separate dressing room with shower, TV , wardrobe . The living room is spacious with a sofa, dining table and breakfast bar. A kitchen area equipped with electric stove, refrigerator , microwave. In the courtyard terrace around the pool there is a gazebo with sunbeds, parking space and an automatic gate .

The rental price includes cleaning and linen change 2 times per week . If desired, you can order breakfast at the rate of 100 baht per person .
