This chic new villa in Rawai is a part of a stunning new development on the south end of the island. The interior of the villa is just as mind blowing as outside. With waterfall features and a pond right in the lounge room, as well as an interior design that is straight out of a Homes and Gardens magazine . 

You will be hard pressed to find a more fascinating and luxurious holiday home . You’ll be able to go for walks or runs along the quiet shoreline at your leisure and when you feel like relaxing, you can enjoy the views of Chalong Bay from the comfort of your own living area. Kite surfing is also an option and there is even a base jump camp nearby. The private swimming pool has a small wooden deck and a walkway and there are two cascading waterfalls to add to the tropical environment. The villa is just a five minute drive to Chalong Pier, where you can start your day trips to the islands for sailing, snorkeling and diving. 40 meters from the villa is a kite-surfing base camp and further south you can reach Nai Harn Beach and Yanui beach in just under 10 minutes. To the west is Kata and Karon beaches, both just 15 minutes away, and just 30 minutes away is the amazing nightlife of Patong. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars and massage facilities within short walking distance from the condo. The two bedrooms are located upstairs, both with separate bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double 4-poster bed and mosquito net as well as a lounge chair, sofa & fans and a balcony overlooking the pool below. The guest bedroom has a large double bed and a ladder leading up to the roof terrace. Both rooms have large curtains to keep guests shaded, as well as spacious wardrobes and dressing tables. Both ensuite bathrooms have a shower, western toilet and sink (The master bathroom has a double sink). The ground floor bathroom also has a western toilet, sink & shower and outside there is also another W/C with a sink. The modern appliances in the state of the art kitchen include a fridge/freezer with ice-maker, electric stove, an oven and extractor fan, a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a great breakfast bar for those nice little chats around snacks. The lounge room has an incredible view of the beach and neighbouring islands and when you want to be entertained by the modern world there is a large flat screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player with tall speakers. You can enjoy all these types of views from the comfy sofas provided. There are also some amazing sculptures and furniture to behold throughout the area, all designed by renowned French Artist, Jean Jacques Argueyrolle. The whole place really is quite a spectacle. The dining room has a marble-topped dining table that can seat 5-6 people. There is also an outside table with cushioned chairs on the terrace, ideal for dining al fresco and taking in the scenery while you eat .
