All 3 bedrooms comes with
four poster bed with white linen and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with
dishwasher, hob, hood and oven, fridge. Kitchen utensils are complete. There is
Rawai cable internet and tv connection.

The elctricity depending on guest’s usage will be around 5k to 6k depending how much
they use aaircon in all rooms, can amount to 8k to 10k. Some guests has a habit of
leaving aircon on while they are out , thus creating big electricity bills.
Price doesn’t include electricity which will be charged 5 Baht /unit

The main garage gate is auto electric with remote control.
There is also washing machine in the villa inside the laundry .
There is an alarm system as well in the house.

The pool is cleaned 2x a week. The maid comes 1x a week or can 2x a week, clean and
change beddings and towels. The maid takes the dirty linen and towel to a laundry
shop then comes back with it the next cleaning day and gives the laundry bill to the
tenant, normally cost 400 Bht per laundry of 3 sets of beds and towels.

Any other request if not complicated can be accommodated.
