Tucked away in a quiet yet prestigious Laguna area in Phuket, villa’s attractive location makes it a hard-to-beat holiday home. Layan Beach is found at the northern end of Bangtao Beach on Phuket’s west coast and unlike majority of the surrounding beaches, it hasn’t been developed much. 

Aside from two discreetly placed beach clubs, Xana and Nikki Beach, here you can enjoy calm azure seas and tree shades that rim the soft white sands. Accommodating up to 8 people as 2 additional beds are available at no extra charge, this 3-bedroom house boasts a spacious patio with a swimming pool. The property consists of two separate buildings – one features the open-plan living space with kitchen and dining rooms as well as master and another bedroom, and across the garden is the other building with the third bedroom and bathroom. Such space arrangement is perfect for a few families sharing a holiday home or friends holidaying together. The villa is decorated in East Asian fashion and fully furnished, with a lovely outdoor sala and lounge options.

Nearby Layan Beach is a true pearl of Phuket, visited only by few locals and expats, set a mere 5 minute drive from the villa. Further down Layan is Bangtao beach with another family friendly hangout option ,Bliss beach club . Laguna area is the home to a great Golf Club course that is a 10-15 minute stroll away, as well as numerous well-known restaurants. The Villa is also conveniently placed about a 30 minute drive from downtown Phuket and Patong beach respectively. Two of the bedrooms are in the main building, and the third bedroom is in a smaller separate villa. All rooms are capacious, with king-size beds, fully equipped for convenience with contemporary Thai furnishings. The private en suite bathrooms each have showers and basins, and master bathroom also has a bath tub with the view to the pool. The western kitchen is a part of a large open-space dining- and living- section in the main building. Air-conditioned and fully supplied, it also features a breakfast bar handy for quick bites. The minimalist and cozy living area features a TV with free movie channels and a DVD player. There is a table for 6 in the dining room open space area as well as an outdoor table for 4 under the covered patio sala next to the pool.
