This newly constructed villa belongs to a beachfront estate with dazzling, four-storey units which place an emphasis on comfort and elegance. This holiday home is located about 2 klm from Rawai Beach where the best, fresh seafood in Phuket can be found . 

It is also only about a 10 minute drive from Nai Harn beach , a popular destination among locals and tourists alike. Upon walking into this villa, guests will notice an uncommon feature: an elevator transporting guests to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors . Two bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, each accommodating 2 guests and offer modern decor and striking art work placed above the headboards. Walking up the stairs, or taking the elevator, the second floor opens up into an impressive living, kitchen and dining area. The third floor is dedicated to master bedroom/bathroom, and the final staircase leads to the rooftop lounging deck. Here, guests can take a dip in the private pool and gaze out over Rawai Beach. Each of the 3 bedrooms are unique with individual colour schemes, artwork and linens. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 on the 3rd level all feature sleeping accommodations for 2 people. There is a small bedroom adjacent to the living room, which has a double bed suitable for one guest. In total, there are comfortable sleeping arrangements for 7 people. Guests will appreciate the convenience of having an ensuite bathroom in each of the 3 main bedrooms. The ensuites feature a toilet, wash basin and walk-in shower, and the master bathroom has an immaculate ceramic tub which sits in front of double glass sliding doors. A final guest bath is located on the second floor, which may be easily accessed by the fourth bedroom. The kitchen is of modest size, but all appliances are high-quality, stainless steel and everything necessary to cook a delightful meal is provided. White cabinetry contrasts nicely against the stainless steel oven, microwave, stovetop with exhaust and refrigerator/ freezer. Smaller appliances such as a blender and coffee maker are available for use as well. The living area on the second floor is simple, but effective with comfortable seating for 6 people including an L-shaped couch and 2 chairs. A 42″ TV with plenty of channels provides entertainment for a quiet evening at home or family movie night. Lounging areas on the rooftop are also perfect for a breezy afternoon or cool evening. Multiple dining venues are available in this holiday home including a six-person dining table situated between the kitchen and living areas. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar with 3 stools for a light lunch or cup of coffee. The final dining option is located on the rooftop next to the private pool and provides a place for 6 diners.
