This aristocratic gorgeous villa is located inside Kathu Country Golf club , overlooking the hills and lakes of the golf , from a higher level .The ground floor is an open plan with wrap around French windows in the front and sides and the swimming pool goes right up to the porch. As you enter the villa the central stairs lead to two master sized bedrooms with baths and one massage room which can also be used as an extra bedroom . Both bedrooms as well as the massage  room open to large private balconies. There is an additional bedroom / office on the third floor , where someone can have the very best views of any business center in Phuket with 180 degree golf front location. But if you would rather sit by the pool with your laptop, the Wi-Fi extends throughout the Villa and is complimentary. Behind the house is a two car carport, double sized maid’s room (2maids quarters were converted to one large room) with bath and an additional kitchen/laundry room. In the corner of the backyard sits a free standing bungalow with bath.The bungalow is oversized with ample room for a sitting area.

The swimming pool is 380 cubic meters with a separate kids pool adjoined, an island for sun bathing, a cold water Jacuzzi, three waterfall therapy seats, three fountains and numerous underwater seating benches. Beside the pool is a 6-person steam room and on the house porch a free-standing hot water Jacuzzi.

What really defines though this property , is location. The views from the front drive: View of the practice greens 25M from the drive entry. Not many houses come with their own nature walk. After about 3:00pm each day you can walk down to the lake and feed the fish and swans or just walk around the lake….. The main watershed lake providing fresh water to Phuket is just above the property and a very nice morning jog or walk.

The downstairs floor is granite and the stairs, second and third floors are hardwood (Makau). The porch and outside walkways are all terra cotta tile and sandwash. There are ceiling fans in all rooms.  The upstairs baths have tubs and were recently remodeled. The house is completely air conditioned. There is a water purification system and pumps to maintain water pressure. The outside lights are on timers and the front gate is remote control operated.

The property is right on the golf course and entitles the owner to a residential membership which covers the entire family. There is an annual administrative fee of 12,000 Baht per year (about $350 dollars). Playing golf is absolutely free. There is a caddy fee of 250 Baht for 18 holes of golf (about $8 dollars) half that for a 9 hole game. The membership provides a 10% discount at all restaurants and pro shops. Access to all facilities is free. Each member is allowed 3 guests per round of golf played and the guest receive a 30% discount. In addition to the 18 hole course there is also a 9 hole water course and a driving range. There are 3 sets of practice greens each with practice sand traps.f

A house keeper who cleans, takes care of the laundry and the house is available on site as well .  The Country Club property is located in Kathu, just over the mountain from Patong (approximately 15-18 minutes drive), 15
minutes from downtown Phuket city and just 8 minutes from the Central Shopping Hub which comprises the Central Festival Mall, Lotus Tesco, Big C Shopping Mall, The Index Mall, The Home Design Center, Home Mart and Makro. Finally there are 4 major hospitals within a 15 minute drive. The International Hospital is 8 minutes away between Big C and the Index Mall .
